A car rental station that lives under the pavement. The player walks up to a physical tablet, picks a car, a duration and an account, and the capsule rises out of the ground, opens its doors and hands the car over on the platform.

When the rental is done, the return bay takes it back the same way: park nearby, open the return capsule, drive onto the platform, step out and confirm beside the bay.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Rentals run on a real DUI tablet standing in the world, not a fullscreen menu
  • The capsule rises, opens, releases the car and sinks back on an authored animation timeline with its own rise, door and sink sounds
  • A rental booth comes with a seated clerk and a screen, or you can place a compact freestanding tablet instead
  • Rentals survive reconnects and restarts, time keeps running while offline, and the tablet can recover a lost car for the remaining time
  • The renter is warned before the rental ends, and the car is removed when it expires
  • Vehicles, durations and prices are yours: price is the plan price times the vehicle multiplier, paid from cash or bank

IN-GAME CREATOR

  • /capsuleplace opens a creator: aim, lock the capsule, nudge it with the arrows, rotate with Q and E, pick the capsule side and confirm
  • Place the booth or the freestanding tablet separately, within 20 m of the capsule and clear of the bay
  • Name the station, pick the light strip colour and the map blip, then save
  • The save refuses uneven ground, so a capsule never rises out of a slope
  • /capsuleremove edits the nearest placed station, and stations written into config.lua stay fixed for a map you ship with the server

PHONE INTEGRATION

  • Public exports let a phone app list stations and exact prices, reserve a car, route the player to the pickup, cancel, and start a return
  • A reservation holds the station and takes payment, but the rental timer only starts when the capsule actually hands the car over, so travelling to the pickup costs the player nothing
  • The capsule opens automatically when the reserved player arrives, with every check repeated on the server
  • Seven lifecycle events fire on both client and server, and every error returns a stable code alongside a translated message
  • No protected file is edited and no particular phone resource is required

OPTIMISED

  • Stations are created and destroyed around the player instead of all sitting in the world at once
  • Sounds fire off animation frames rather than timers, and stop with the motion
  • Stations and rentals are plain JSON on disk: no database and no queries per interaction
  • Client requests are validated and rate limited on the server

COMPATIBILITY

Support runs through our Discord.

  • Qbox, QBCore, ESX, standalone
  • Requires OneSync
  • Vehicle keys through qbx_vehiclekeys, qb-vehiclekeys, none, or your own
  • Interaction through the built-in E prompt, ox_lib TextUI, ox_target, qb-target or custom, and notifications through the built-in toast, ox_lib, the native GTA feed or custom
  • Both bridge files are open and escrow-exempt, so a custom setup never touches protected code
  • English, Bosnian and German included
